This way, you are less likely to lose track of all the things you need to do as you have then written down. Make sure to place the list where you can see it as you go about your tasks for the day.

Keep a long-term list as well as a short-term list. This helps you to make plans for different activities in advance. This ensures a good rotation of the things you need to get done. This way, you will be able to meet deadlines in good time.
