- A tbsp. of minced ginger
- A bunch of chopped green onion
- A pound of peeled Jumbo Shrimp
- Start by combining 1 tablespoon of peppercorns and 2 tablespoons of sea salt. Heat it over medium heat.
- Transfer the mixture to a mortar and grind well.
- Take a sauté pan and preheat it over high heat. Add some canola oil when the pan is hot. Then add shrimp and cook for a couple of minutes on one side.
- Flip the shrimp to caramelize. Then, add green onions, ginger, and 1 ½ teaspoons of the sea salt mixture.

- ¼ cup of flour
- 1 ½ cups of baking chips
- 2 eggs
